Subject: End of Summer blahs

I'm wondering if we are suffering from the end of Summer blahs. I've been feeling low on energy too the last few days. Sherry, I think you're right about things that are not going good seem to bleed into our other activities, especially dieting. But then again, you can't always be expected to be on the upswing either. Realistically we all have bad times and good times and we should expect that to reflect on how we lose (or gain) weight. I know that my stress level directly relates to how I do on the diet and today is not a good day. We talked about going to Disneyland tomorrow, but even that doesn't seem very exciting to me. I think another reason is that school starts next week, and I'm not sure that I am ready for the routine. I hate routines, and wish I could live every day on the fly, but with children that is impossible. I am proud of my daughter. She seems to be able to juggle so many things and still come out ahead of the game. She started induction again today. She has been able to keep the 17 lbs off that she lost last year and would like to lose another 10 before x-mas. Maybe her enthusiasm as well as us sticking together here will get me motivated again.
