Subject: Lots of great ideas & strategies going on here!

I love when we collectively brainstorm about different strategies and weight loss plans. I have such a hard time doing very low carb, and plus I stalled all the time when I was doing it on a daily basis. I seem to lose more steadily on the moderate carb plan I'm on now.

However, if I could manage the very low carb plan 5 days a week, it would be nice to have some carb-up time on the weekends. Hmmmm, not sure what to do. Just keep doing what has been working so far, or try something different. Lately I've just been so tempted to cheat on my regular plan, something different is sounding very attractive to me.

Pondering these options tonight.
