Subject: New to board

Hi - I just stumbled onto this site a few days ago and have been wading through all the recent messages. I read the Atkins book several years ago but never really did it for more that a few weeks. I recently decided to go no-carb again (because I'm definately a carboholic). I know it works - I eventually stop craving things and do loose but after a couple of weeks I get really tired of meet, cheese and eggs which is the majority of what I've been eating. I'm especially interested in "Kel" and the moderate carb diet she's been doing. Would appreciate hearing from some of you as to what kinds of things you eat. What did you eat for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner yesterday?? Do you get much variety? Hope I'm not asking for too much. Seems overwhelming trying to figure it all out. Would appreciate any help I can get.
