Subject: Good morning everyone

September is fast approaching. With the coming of cooler weather, we should all make a determination to "come alive" with activity. Summer is a busy time filled with heat and sometimes the lethargy that goes along with it.

Fall weather should help us get active, get back some energy to stick to our plan, maybe make a new plan.

I think the one thing I'm going to do is to go buy some roller blades and start skating with my kids.

But we also need to start thinking about a new challenge for September. Anyone into the idea of a "before and after" photo for September's progress? Granted there isn't a whole lot that can be done in one month, but maybe 5 pounds of weight loss, and possibly a little muscle built. Some fat percentages changed? I still need to buy some fat calipers. I don't much trust my Tanita scale for measuring fat percentages, and I want a more accurate way of measuring progress. Scales lie. Clothes fitting or not depend on water weight held or lost. I'm not sure the pinchers are any better, but I still want to get one.

Any Ideas for the coming month?
