Work friends and I go out for lunch weekly and often times have chinese. Truthfully having been on Induction for 1-1/2 weeks and having lost 10 pounds and feeling great I don't want to lose momentum! Any suggestions on what I can eat that won't throw me off and send me into carbo overdrive?
So happy I found this site and can share my thoughts with others who are living this way.
And to all those naysayers - NO THIS IS NOT JUST WATER LOSS :)
