Sherry can you post something to your weightlifter board for me? They know you, and you would probably receive a response, better than I would if I posted.

I've really done something to my quads. This happened in my Ju Jutsu class on Monday night. I was in pain yesterday morning, but I was still able to work. This morning I couldn't even get down my stairs. I've GOT to work tomorrow no matter what. My job involves a lot of getting in and out of my unit, and I'm finding that really hard right now.

My quads have no strength in them whatsoever, and when I try to get them to hold my weight (like bending to sit in a chair; getting in and out of a car), they hurt like hell. They shake and sometimes they don't always hold me and one of them will absolutely give out.

The question I need to ask is.. should I be doing nothing to let the muscles repair themselves? OR... should I be doing a little something each day so that this doesn't happen again next Monday? Also, what can be done to try and alleviate some of the pain? when will my normal strength in these muscles return? Okay okay I guess that was more than one question lol. But I'm serious sis, I don't know what to do.
