Hi suzanne, I have been on the low carb diet for a couple of months now and have lost 25 lbs. I am a (fairly) new divorcee too. I don't know about you, but sometimes it's nice to fantasize about how the ol' ex will respond when they see us lookin' good after we loose all that weight! I know that people say do it for yourself and for no one else....in this case it's true...I'm doing it for me plus it would bee a hoot to see my ex's eyes pop out of his head when he sees how great I look after I lose 50 or more lbs! hehehe.
