Well crunches will tighten your ab muscles. You can do the ball type which are fairly easy, and you can do the thing where you hang your body by your arms or elbows and pull your knees up to your chest. These are both good excercises for abdominal muscles.

If it is loose skin you are talking about, I've heard that it should tighten up over time. (One reason not to lose too fast). Shara said (in a post not too long ago) that someone told her that that last loose skin tightens when you finally lose the rest of the abdominal fat that is under there.

I don't know myself. I still have a lot of abdominal fat, so whether it will ever firm back up again or not I couldn't say. I'm sure hoping it will. So far every other part of my skin has firmed back up after losing the fat beneath it, so I hope my belly skin will be as elastic.
