This was a question that has been on my mind for a while, but have been forgetting to ask about it. Thank's Kim for reminding me to ask!
Anyhow, I had a c-section 3 years ago, now that I'm losing weight this pooch I had below my belly button area has now drooped into an apron-type thing. I feel that if I could get rid of this I would look soooo much better. At this point, I am afraid that plastic surgery would be the only answer. I know I would have to wait till I reach my goal weight to know for sure. Would anyone have any Ideas on how to reduce my flabby tummy?
Not to forget your delimma Kim.....I found that pilates helps on toning alot of areas (except my tummy!!!). I can't describe the positions well, but if you're interested in trying it you can find books in the library.....or I'm sure there is a wesite or two on the web that has some positions to try. It's good for toning and it's not rough on your body like aerobics. OOOOH I got another good Idea, have you thought about water aerobics? Anything is worth a try.....after all that's how I found this great low carb lifestyle!!
