I was on Atkins prior to getting pregnant. Did great, lost weight, got pregnant, went off LC at my Doctor's advice. I did well during my pregnancy, I actually weighed less at my post-pregnancy check-up than I did before I got pregnant. BUT several months of middle of the night feedings, colic, going back to work, and not enough sleep, period and I gained about 30 pounds.

I've been back on since January 19th, and I've lost 35 pounds so far. I've still got a ways to go, but I did before I got pregnant too. This really works, and it's great for giving you the energy to keep up with the little ones. Before I started back on Atkins, I could hardly get down on the floor with my son, and now I chase him all over the place.
