Thanks Sherry for the greeting! I have an email address with pixie so I will go with that after my name to avoid confusion if thats ok with ya'll.
As to reading materials I have not read any "books" persay but have read articles and such. My "basic" understanding of it is Meat or protein products... certain types of veggies low suger kind,water, no soda or milk,limited fruit...no or veery low carbs, aka bread, ricee spuds, sugars ectt.....
Well, so far today,,fish for lunch, the milk and soda will be tough for me,as well as breads.. Iv'e done it in the past and once I got started it was great, but that was a few years ago....
