Subject: 3 days now

Hi everyone,

I have been working on CAD for 3 days now, and have lost 2 lbs. Have been reading all the past posts and have learned LOTS from you already. Started out by going to the library and checking out as many LC books as I could find. (atkins was not on the shelf, still plan to read him) Chose to try the Heller's Carb addicts plan. The idea of the reward meal was one I really liked. Seems pretty easy to follow, and I have found I am not nearly as hungry now? hard to believe. It is 9:15 AM, my stomach is growling, but I am not hungry! seems impossible. I will eat as soon as I turn off the computer. I am 5'3" 288 (that is so hard to admit to, but anyone who sees me is not fooled!) I also have tryed to join in a chat, and can't seem to get the times right (I am on the east coast)

I hope to continue this forever, but told myself give it at least a one month trial.

Thanks for all the encouragement I have already found.
