Hey Michael, I work on the road and therefore eat out almost every day. One of the things I learned early is that it is as easy to stop at a grocery store and check out the deli section, as it is to swing through a fast food joint. But even delis can get tiring and I resort back to the fast food fare. Dont' be afraid to ask them if they have added fillers to their meat, and for the most part, the "cheeze" they use is "cheeze food", what is that anyway? You can almost never go wrong getting chicken, but not the breaded kind. Also, you might have more luck if you go to some of the local food places rather than a chain, they seem to be far more aware of what is in thier products than at the chains. Especially if they hand form their patties, or bread their own fried foods. Hope that helped.
