Subject: I agree with Kel that you shouldn't lose to fast, but if you have a lot of weight to lose like I did it just started slipping off once I was eating the right things. My doctor was thrilled with 89 lbs in 6 months and so was my body. I think as long as you are feeling good and have energy you are doing ok, just be ready for it to one day slow down to the normal 1-2 lbs a week rate. After the rush of pounds it seems like a snails pace, but it's still working. :)

  • Thanks you guys...one minutes im complaing im not losing,noww...worried losing too fast,feast or famine!!!! lol - but i do feel really good and healthy ,im taking my supplements and drinking almost a gallon of water a day.i guess i just worry too much.Im going to do as you say...enjoy it while it lasts,and continue my checkups and eating healthy!thanks so much.
