Hi Kel,
You are not the only one! I was determined to start yet again yesterday and when I came home from work, my family picked up leftover cake, brownies, buns, chips and tortes from my sister in laws party on Sunday. I did so well until I seen that food and the first thought in my mind was well, I'll start again tomorrow. Why!? I don't know. I think that as we get far enough along that the low carb way of living becomes more of a habit and we won't even think about cheating anymore. I do believe that there is a 3 month rule that if you follow a diet for 3 months that means that this way of eating is now your lifestyle and you will have less chance of cheating.

You and I are starting over again today so good luck and remember your goal when the forbidden foods stare you in the face! I'm rooting for you!!
