No Kel it isn't something you did in a former lifetime or even in this lifetime, it is just natural to enjoy a variety of foods. We are all like that. Human beings are omnivorous, we like variety.

But we both know the solution. (I've been so off track too, for way longer than you). Three days. Three day no cheat challenge starting today Ok? Only three days. Don't think of this as running longer, you can cheat on the fourth day if you want to. But for three days (long enough to get back into ketosis if that is what we want), we can do this.

Are you with me?

  • We all trip up a little, the important thing is to get right back as soon as possible. I too do exactly like you, and I usually end up beating myself up about it. Now, I realize that I can get right back and keep on going. Hang in there. It's when you don't worry about day after day after day, etc. that really gets you into trouble. You'll be okay.
