Subject: My theory is that I find no satisfaction in drinking a regular soda, so why add even more carbs than I already have? Just the fact that you do this shows that even though you cheated on the diet, you're still on it and will most likely continue with it successfully. I have known people that still lose 10 lbs a year just from cutting out the sodas and extra sugar items such as gum that they used to use every day.
