Subject: Katie, when I started back on low carb I tried CAD for a few days and loved it, but wasn't losing weight as quick as I have with Atkins before. So, I had decided to do the same thing you are doing and follow Atkins most of the time, but when you go to someone's house for dinner and they serve carbs- then I have a CAD dinner.
