HI Kim-
to exercise with other women of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels is very encouraging!! Gym membershjips are so expensive though and they want you to take out contracts with them. :(.
I had been stalling for the past 3 weeks!! I almost cried on the way home from work yesterday because I have been working so hard!! I eat right, I don't cheat, I exercise everyday!! I can't go back to eating the way I used to eat because I have food allergies! I cannot eat sugar even if I wanted to!!
This is what I did. For the past 2 days, I have force feeding myself (lost my appetite on this way of eating), I added more fat to my diet...added another liter of water to what I was already drinking everyday (2 liters) and guess what? This morning..I weighed myself (I wasn't suppose to..i only weigh myself once a week). I am down by a pound!! I know its not much..but things became so much brighter today!! On my way to work..I was singing in the car..I have a huge smile as I am writing this post...I mean, I feel great!
So stick with it and please don't feel discouraged...I know how frustrating it can be, but if you stick with it, YOU know it works!! I have 42 more pounds to go..I am so determined to reach my goal!! Nothing can stop me now!!
