Thanks sherry, you're right,i got the impression my dr really doesnt know alot about this diet and the fat consumption is what bothers him.He told me the reason im not losing is because im eating too many calories(LOL)i told him..if anything im eating way too little(which i am),as hard as i try i cant seem to eat more than maybe 1500 to 2000 calories. i weigh 240 now,so according to the calculations i should be eating almost 3000 calories,i just dont see how thats possible with the limitations of foods exceptable.Im trying though, anything to get me over this hump.I told him i'ld think about his advice and see him in 2months but,i said,i really cant see me changing my diet right now, and he said,"well, how can i argue with success"I think hes more concerned with the forever after picture, and as far as im concerned ...that;s a long ways off,im concerned with getting this weight off and feeling good for the first time in 20 years, thanks for the words of encouragement!
