Subject: They have maltitol (a sugar alcohol) for sweetness and texture. A lot of people are fine with this. Some people need to limit them to a couple of times a week, some people can't eat them at all, as their weight loss stalls. Try them. See if they work for you. Chati was eating the meal replacement type bars, and most people have problems with them. Since she seems to be having a problem right now, this is the easiest thing to eliminate to see if it is the problem.
