Subject: This is one of those "your mileage may vary" things. The only thing that I can suggest is that you try them and see how they work for you. I can eat them intermittently, but if I eat them too often, my weight loss stalls. I also count ALL of the carbs (even the ones that they say won't affect blood sugar). I do have the same reaction to the as I would to sugar.
