Subject: i follow the atkins diet and it states you should stay under 20 carbs a day for at least two weeks, and after that add in carbs slowly like more veggies. stay away from sugars, and use a good multivitamin and extra supplements like vitamin c,potassium, omega-3. i dont believe that there is any merit in that you need all those empty carbs to help you think. stay away from alcohol as well during induction and good luck
