Subject: As it turns out, there was never any scientific tests to prove the low-fat theory. It was intuituve and everyone joined the bandwagon. Unfortunately this type of "Junk Science" is far too prevalent these days. Maybe they didn't mean to, but they lied to us. Fat and meat are not the problem, carbohydrates ARE! Point: We survived thousand of years by hunting animals, often getting no carbs or fruits at all. We survived. Carbs are NOT brain food.
