I really miss the cereal too. I can make it through induction fine without it. After a couple of months, especially in the hot summer, I can't stand the thought of another egg early in the morning. I just bought a cereal made by Kashi called Go Lean. The box says Protein/High Fiber cereal & snack. It has 8 grams of protein (6.5 from soy) 10 grams of fiber and 28 grams of carbs per serving. I know it's probably still off limits, but better than most. Has anyone tried it? It tastes pretty good.

Get yourself through the induction period. I admit, you will feel like death warmed over for the first few days. The more carb addicted you are, the worse you will feel. It doesn't last. Somewhere between day 3 and 5, you should start to feel terrific (More...) -- Katie, 08:23:49 07/23/02 Tue
