Subject: Close to 140 this morning!

Not quite 140 but close! Probably like 140-1/4lbs, but I posted my weight at 140.5 this morning on the flocers board. I'm hoping that I will be at 140 by Friday, which is my planned cheat day. I'm guessing I might gain 1-2lbs on my cheat day, but I plan to get right back to LC WOL the next day and maybe I'm just being optimistic, but I'm shooting for 140 by the end of the month. Can I do it?? Hope so!

I worked out with weights after work yesterday, but I don't think I got a lot out of it. It seemed more difficult to me to do some of the lifts than it was on last Friday, and that was discouraging. I didn't put a lot of mind to the matter after that. Maybe things will be better when I do it again on Wednesday. Hope so.
