Last night was tough. I don't think I ate enough during the day. For breakfast I have a couple of slices of Tofu cheese (an aquired taste but worth it)and turkey breast. I'm not big on eggs. For snack again the cheese and turkey. For lunch a big salad. Walden Farms puts out a salad dressing that is sugar/carb/calorie free. Dinner is when I have a few carbs. Italian sausage and three raviolis. I drank PLENTY of water all day. But around 10 PM I was SO Hungry! So UGH I cook up the lamb chop I was going to have for lunch, only ate some of it:) Tonite I will eat dinner later than yesterday hopefully this will help.
