Hi Janie, I've tried them all too. About ten years ago I did great on weight watchers. Actually lost over a hundred pounds, but I've gained most of it back :( What I have learnt over the years is that eatting REAL food is the only way. Those Protein bars and shakes are quick fixes. My sister has been doing great on her low/carb diet. She's down 60 pounds! I'm hoping this will work for me too.
