I would think buying for a family that is eating differently from you would increase the grocery bill. At our house it is just me and hubby so hoping that we won't notice a big difference. Aslo live in farm and ranch country so beef is basically free.
Went to dr today blood pressure was not good. Have to monitor it for 2 weeks at home then go back. I told him we were planning to start a low carb diet and he said go for it but maybe have my pottasium levels checked in a few months.
