Subject: Hi, I'm been LC for 3 months. I have some Questions.

I've lost 30 lbs so far since end of February. It's been great. I want to lose 70lbs more.
I have some questions that I hope you experienced LCers can help me with.
1. I've recently added working out to my schedule (some aerobics, some muscle toning with Richard simmons.)
I've noticed that my muscles get really tired. Is it just me or does it have to do with LCing.

2. Does anyone have any suggestions for the extra skin and loose fat that is hanging (hooray, but it looks gross) now around my middle? Will it eventually go away with toing or is it something I'll have to live with?

Thanks for all your support just by reading your postings has been helpful.

Thanks,
Clorassia
