Just a thought...write down everything you eat or drink, you might be missing something. Wine or Beer are also high in carbs. You seem to be eating at lot of vegtables, try to stick to one salad per day. Eat a lot of eggs, meat and cheese. Try that for 2 days and if you still don't lose any weight consult the Adkins Book for what to do if you are resistant.
