Subject: The other thing is that yes, you should be eating more. Eat too little and it could backfire on you, slow your metabolism down so much that your body won't allow any weight loss. Sometimes "forcing" ourselves to eat can be as difficult as forcing ourselves NOT to eat when hungry, but you really don't want to lose muscle or put yourself into starvation mode.
