That really sounds like something i could get into,starting off slowly at first ,light weight maybe.Going to a gym is out, i'm just too big yet for that,so i'll have to educate myself on proper use some other way. books or mags. like you said. But i'm just curious if making muscle makes it harder to lose weight?Apparently thats not the theory any longer.I just talked to one of my sisters who used weights and she said it really worked for her(she only had 40 lbs to lose)and she was much more toned when she got to her ideal weight.So..i think i'll have to go get some weights!
