Subject: The Atkin's plan is the way most of us started or are now on. Buying the book and getting aquainted with the diet would be helpful. Mostly you stay under 20 carbs a day for the first 2 weeks and then gradually add carbs until you find your max without losing weight. Being familiar with low carb foods is a must and keep them stocked up at home helps.
