Subject: Try balancing your meals. Mostly low carb with one or two higher carb items. I found out the hard way after being on this for several months that if I substitute dinner with a dessert or eat a very carby meal that I get a much harder response to the glucose response than I'm used to. I was dizzy, blurred vision, sick to my stomach for a couple of hours and then hung over for a few days.
