This happened to me also. I lost 30lbs 6years ago on Atkins so easily and now I can barely lose 14lbs without a struggle
They say you can miss your one chance and I,too, think their right. How long have you done Atkins this time? are you losing any inches? Are you taking the supplements? Are you exercising and drinking your water? If you are doing all these things, you may be metabolically resistant and need to read this chapter in his book. I was in ketosis and losing inches but not #'s, so I tried his sugestions in this chapter and I started losing again. I also have the book, The Smart Guide to Low-Carb Anti-Aging Diet, it has some suggestions about getting into ketosis. The problem could also be your strips, what's the expiration date on them? Also some people don't use the strips at all, they just go by the inches lost and the way their clothes fit.
I'm no expert at this but I've been gathering info and use what I think might help me. Keep up the good work and don't give up!
