Hi Shara, I went to the site and copied the ingredients list for you and pasted it below. When you go to the site you can click on the individual ingredients and a pop up window tells you what it is and why it's there.

Dr. Mindell uses a patented form of chromium. This is nothing like what you get in the stores. If you can imagine a chromium that is so powerful that you walk into a patent office and they say wow this IS different, yes we will give you a patent on a nutrient.
