HI, Heather -

Chewable Vitamin C is sweetened with fructose, and may have a gram or so of carbs per tablet. I would finish them and buy the non-chewables from now on.

It is very hard to get 10 or less carbs per day, but I hope you are doing so. Credit the author, Laura Richards, (who often posts here,) there are often "Hidden carbs" in many foods that claim zero carbs on their labels. They round off things to make the carbs seem less.

You can tell if this happens by checking the total calories claimed. The only "foods" that contain calories are fat, protein, carbohydrates and alcohol. Since fat grams have and average of 9 calories; protein and carb grams have 4, (and alcohol grams have 7), you can multiply the grams by the claimed values and add them up. More often than not, there are calories left over. These extra calories are usually carbs. (Check the ingrediants for sugar, fructose, or sucrose. If they are present and the carbs say zero, they are probably "hidden."

Also, watch the "serving sizes." Some are very small and add up quickly. Example: some garlic powders have about one gram of carbs per 1/4 tsp!
