I don't know why my body does this to me - sometimes I feel like a freak because no one I know seems to have a similar problem on this plan. And I know by experience that it does subside after a couple of weeks on plan. I'm allowing myself to eat more protein than I'm supposed to (my plan allows 90g protein), for these 3 days of the challenge - because I simply don't think I will make it any other way. Problem is... I'm STILL hungry believe it or not!

I'm hoping after 3 days it won't be so bad. I don't care much for Havarti cheese; I've tried several different kinds and yuk. I do like swiss cheese though, so I eat a little of that - however, I'm also one of those lactose people, so eating too much of it kills my stomach. Just another one of those things that makes this diet difficult for me (cheese is legal and I can't have very much).

Yeah, Daddy Bill, TRUST ME, I'm getting enough protein. Your spreadsheet food diary helped me realize that. Most days if I'm not careful, I'll eat 140g of the dang stuff. Those are the days I don't lose. When I'm being careful, I stay between 90g-120g of protein. Oh, and believe me, fat isn't something I have to supplement either lol. But anyway, thanks you guys for your support; I don't know why I'm different, but I'm glad I have yall here to support me. Just knowing that makes it easier. xoxo
