You need to eat your vegetables. Fiber and some carbohydrate is important to your diet and weight loss. If you don't get enough carbs in, your body can go into starvation mode and refuse to give up the fat. Eat two cups of salad every day or one cup of salad and one cup of low carb vegetables.

Keto stix work well for some and not so well for others. If you drink a lot of water then the ketones in your system are well diluted and may not show up. Some brands of the stix are finicky and if you do the "pee on the stick" thing, you're actually washing the chemicals off the stick. They won't work if this happens.

How much soda are you drinking? Citric acid can stall some people and it is in almost every brand of soda.

Don't look so much at the number of pounds. Look at the percentage of weight that you've lost. This can help you stay motivated. Especially with a smaller amount to lose, every 3-4 pounds is another 10% of excess weight gone!

If you're hungry, eat more food. Try to make higher fat choices as they help to fill you up and make you feel more satisfied. Eat 10 - 12 times your current body weight in calories to lose weight. More than that will maintain your current weight and less than that can cause your body to go into starvation mode.

Go to www.fitday.com and track your food for a few days to make sure that you are eating the right number of calories to lose.
