The beauty of this WOL is that you get to eat all the healthy greens! And they're great tasting
when added to the protein you have with meals. The lowest carb items are turnip greens, kale,
mustard greens, spinach, and snaps (string beans). Other veggies like mushrooms (OK, fungi),
asparagus, brussels sprouts are a little higher but not bad.

Remember, you can subtract the fiber grams from the carb grams, so the totals are usually less
than the label total for carbs.
