was glad to find ur reply and found the content most interesting in so many ways.The comment about not eating enough and the starving mode and not loosing weight and about not eating breakfast as well, i can perfectly relate to that ,and glad to have found the explanation that makes perfect sense.
Problem is i dont live on ur part of the world:)this is for real -i am egyptian, which makes me quite unfamiliar with pp and atkins ,but i think i will do my own research on the internet today to find myself a proper lowcarb diet.
After a very long time of trying everything, i decided to go for my own system-i am still doubtful of that , but as u might think i aim at unrealistic goals which make me loose hope so fast.the thing that does not make things easier is that i work something like 13 hours a day and sometimes more,in an environment where coincedently we all absolutely love food and order heavily.With my new low carb low fat -i was only allowed to eat water and plain coffee,by the end of the day, i am a yellow sheet craving for food -result?make a guess:)?lost 4 pounds in two days and then ate like hell yesterday morning!This does not mean i am giving up on the contrary, the first thing i ve done this morning is head for my pc, wrote all yesterday news and i am determined now not to aim too high because this was my major prblem in my life in general not just that and it makes me not feel any sucess in anything and acts as a huge disencouragement as well.It is heridetery i think ,the whole family is too pushy a bunch of perfectionist to drive any body craisy:)and they r pushing me through it too hard.3 days ago i was eating my dinner after a very very long day and i was totally starved and sitting miserably eating three boilt eggs and half a cup of yoghurt and my mam starting commenting if i should eat less(!!!!!)to loose the weight faster like my cousin who lost 8kg(that is somthing like 16 pounds right?)only in two weeks eating 2 apples a day-plz comment?my comment:ridiculous!
i find it funny that we try to push ourselves too hard and even funnier that others seem to push us even harder.
i ll try to find my perfect low carb system through the net later tonight and thanks sherry for all the wonderful tips.
