I haven't done any yard work, no plants planted, housework got way behind but I just couldn't do it! you all know how that helps with yur mood! : ) Anyway, everyone else is AOK. Glad it was just me and not a critter or hubby and glad it seems to be over with. Can't think of anything to report that is positive accept that all the kids are well and hubby is in Bermuda. Have the weekend to myself and I think that has helped some too. Will try to catch up tomorrow. -- Piggy's Pad

Ice storm in Feb., Leons cancer scare in March and in April the doc switched a med and I basically lost 1/2 of April and most of May to it. Long story but after 2 weeks of taking it I actually thought I was feeling better and then it hit me. I couldn't do anything but lie in bed and my mood swings were evil! Doctors didn't make the connection to the med but I did and getting off it was awful too! I took it for 6 weeks and it took 4 weeks to get it out of my system. I've felt mostly back to normal the past 4 days but still tired. What a mess! I've never felt worse and this was a drug to make me feel better! I can think of a few t hings you reported that are postive...you said you are FINALLY feeling better, the kids and the furkids are all well.....so I'd say that is a few positive things to keep in mind!!

Denise, I was thinking about you this past weekend and wondered where you'd gone, but I guess I was thinking that you were busy with your diabetic board or something. I'm sorry to hear that the past 6 months have been the pits for you. At least you say that you're feeling better now......but good Lord, woman, what WAS that medication that so totally put you under? Let me know so I can stay away from it. As for the work you say you haven't gotten done, well, the yard work can wait or you can hire a yard crew to come in and do it while you lounge around and direct them. The housework? Same thing!! Hire a cleaning crew and let them do a good, thorough cleaning and from then on, you can do your thing without feeling overwhelmed! But I'm happy to hear that Leon and all of the animals are doing okay. So what's Leon doing in Bermuda? But hey, it's nice that you had the weekend alone. I miss seeing you post.
