At one point, I got up from the table and thought to myself "Ouch, that hurt." By Wednesday morning, I was in agony. I have it wrapped and am using heat/ice on it but have some lidocaine patches, which really help. Was feeling pretty good last night but today's weather is cool and rainy and it aches big time.
