In reply to: Sandy 's message, "I didn't, thankfully, break anything but my big toe and the toe next to it are black and blue, along with the bunion area of that foot........and this is my bad ankle/foot anyway. Not walking isn't an option but boy, it's sure been painful. I was trying to protect my left wrist when this happened so by trying to keep from re-damaging my wrist, I buggered up my foot quite badly. I've asked Gerry to take me out to the back 40 and shoot me but he says no. On top of that, my older sister is back in the hospital and will have her lower leg and foot amputated on Tuesday. She had her foot operated on oh, about a year ago, and has been struggling to get it to heal (diabetes)." on 1:43:57 pm, Sat, 02/16/08

Susie's married but Bill is about as worthless a husband as you could ever find. She was going to divorce him years ago and yes, she should have. Bill's just upset that he can't sit in the family room in the basement and watch TV all day. Now he's got to spend time at the hospital and doing whatever little (and I do mean little) cleaning he might do around the house. Susie would be better off if she could eventually go home to a small apartment that's handicapped accessible and has no stairs at all. But I can't see that ever happening.
