Ya just gotta love Kansas weather. Very windy again today and it was still/already 67 when I got up. Now we're at 71, which was our high yesterday but..........by this afternoon, we're supposed to be getting thunderstorms, followed by rain into tonight and we're in a winter weather advisory for late tonight into tomorrow. Supposedly we're expecting 1 - 3 inches of heavy, wet snow. At least for right now, we've worn the kitties out and they're all sleeping. The windows are all open and they've done their racing and running, acting like total spazzes and picking on eachother. Joey's done nothing but hiss and snarl at Biscuit and Emme. It's going to be a very lazy day. We had a late breakfast while we were reading the paper and now I'm headed off for a long, relaxing soak in the tub. I hope everybody else is having a decent day and getting some time to relax. -- Piggy's Pad

Only 44 here but sunny and I'll take it! We are to get rain and snow tonight so will replace some that melts today. Can't beleive how much melted yesterday and today, it's a mess! No headache today, went to church and now gonna take a snooze with the kids. I'm envious of the 70 degrees but it would make me want to do something outdoors and there isn't anyting to do! We are hoping for a nice melt tomorrow...some did go today, but if we really do hit the 50's tomorrow, that will really get rid of some of ours...we had a major storm hit us again Friday and part of yesterday...not sure exactly how much but I'd say we got at least 6 to 8 inches!!!! About 4 this afternoon the fog rolled in from the warm temps and then it started to drizzle. This on top of the ice made it slicker than snot and now it's turned to snow. I was to take Bogie to vet first thing in the a.m. for labs but think that will wait for another day. Wow, Denise. No pain at all?? All day long?? And no headache?? WONDERFUL. I don't know about a cycle or your medication, but I sure hope this continues for you. I have to push myself so hard every day just to get out of bed and deal with the pain and I wouldn't wish this on anyone!! And your headaches are the worst. This morning started out windy and the snow we got was causing visability problems but it's all settled down and the sun is out but still cold enough to not be melting. I would like to get out but I ehar the roads are covered and slick so I will stay put. Cleaned the cat rooms this morning, was behind from so many headaches and I feel better having that job done.
