Subject: Aw, crap, Denise. I was so hoping you'd be headache free for longer than that. But at the very least, I hope this is a short one and will be gone before the day is over. As for the sleeping thing, yeah, I've got a prescription for Ambien but I hate to take it. You're supposed to plan for having 7 to 8 hours for sleep so I can't take it at midnight or 1 a.m. and be able to get up at 5. What's happening is that I'm pretty sure I doze off but then wake up again within a few minutes and absolutely cannot get back to sleep. Monday night was terrible........I was awake until after 2:30 and then only dozed until my alarm went off.
In reply to: Denise 's message, "No plans. Woke with a headache today after 6 days pain free. That means I will need part of tomorrow to do what I don't feel like doing today! We are supposed to be warm over the weekend so dogs will just track in again! I'm sorry you aren't sleeping well. Do you take anything for that? I have some homeopathic drops called Moon Drops, they are a vanilla flavored soft mint that you let one dissolve in your mouth a couple hours before bed and then another at bedtime. I've been sleeping great but waking up 30-45 minutes before the alarm! Don't know what that's about! How's your sister doing?" on 10:42:41 am, Fri, 03/07/08
