Subject: What a great Friday night you and Gerry had..and got your shopping done..Good for you!!! Right now we are having nice day/evening..it's about 35 degrees with no precipitatoin....I guess they are calling for rain tomorrow.....
In reply to: Sandy 's message, "Got up fairly early this morning (by 8 a.m., which is very early for a Saturday) and there was still no hint of the rain or snow that was supposed to start at midnight last night. By about 11, the first flakes started to show up and then we got some THUNDER snow. And with that, the sky opened!!! We're having blizzard conditions. It's very windy and we've got a 3 foot drift across the top of the driveway and the snow's still coming in droves. But we're warm and happy at home with no where to go and nothing to do but wrap some gifts. From the kitchen window, it looks so pretty out with all of the unspoiled snow. Gerry can go out later and snowblow the driveway and then go over to our neighbor's and do theirs but for now, we're just watching it come down.
