Subject: Cricket's latest shot was only a day or two early. I think the actual count was 3 weeks and two days but with the weekend coming up, I didn't want to wait until Monday since his mouth was already getting red in that back corner. That, and dealing with New Year's and all that, I was afraid of a rush of people into the vet's office. But he's doing so well. We ran into Jackie and her mother while we were shopping yesterday at Sam's and she said Chicory is so much more "normal" than he was. Ken has an appointment for him for next Wednesday afternoon and I'll go with him, not just to pay but for informational purposes.
In reply to: Sandy 's message, "Good to hear that Jaz is doing okay and his breathing is good, even is he is spending all of his time in the basement. Cinnamon does that this time of year...........stays in the basement, I mean. Here in the computer room, we have two loveseats and his heated pad is on one of them, so he comes down here after he's eaten and parks on the pad for most of the day. He comes up in the late afternoon and will sit with either Gerry or myself during TV time. It's been pretty darn frigid here too but the weather guys are saying that we might actually break 60 on Sunday. I just might join you on the sunbathing." on 6:07:33 am, Fri, 01/04/08
