Subject: You remember my mom lives behind me and

Julie thinks thats her 2nd home & goes back to visit ? We went back yesterday for a while & when it's time to go, Julie was napping and didn't want to leave. No problem, we do that often. Later I went back & she still didn't want to leave. So I left her again. My mom said that she could have an overngiht if she wanted and I said ok, even though she never stayed overnight before. So, it's like 10 o'clock and I start getting SAD because my girl doesn't want to come home! I'm getting sadder and sadder and thinking, damn, is this how moms feel when their kids go somewhere? And I'm wondering how I am going to sleep and WHY DOESN'S SHE WANT TO COME HOME! Well, just then my mom calls, tells me she just woke up but isn't doing anything. I say I'm coming back and as I get to her door, there is that sweet little face in the window waiting for me. Mom said she went running to the door when she told her I was coming. Ahhhhh, I'm happy again, she wants to come home!

Awww, that's sweet. Does your mother have any more animals at her house? Maybe Julie just wanted a nap in a nice, quiet place without any of her furry brothers and sisters around. Yup she does. And Sandy, yes she does have cats of her own. 2 of them. Back when I got Julie, she loved to go with me everywhere. Iused to take her to parks for walks, KFC for chicken, my sisters house, everywhere. She loved riding in the car. THen, when she was about 1, my mom got Oscar and she decided she was going to be his mother so they always got along. THen my mom got Susie after my sister died from a rescue group. Susie was hssing and smacking anyone who got near her cage, but when my mom went up to her, she rolled on her belly and told my mom in no uncertain terms that she was going home with her! And she did. Now, Susie will hiss and Julie every once in a while, but Julie has no problem reminding Susie that she was there first, even if it is only her vacation home.
